The Order
Terms of Use
The order is validated once payment has been accepted by LYSSA SELECT. Lyssa Select reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Lyssa Select or if Lyssa Select believes that the Customer poses a risk of non-payment.
The delivery costs related to the order are indicated to the Customer before any payment is made and only concern deliveries made in mainland France and Europe.
For any other delivery location, the Customer will need to contact customer service.
Lyssa Select undertakes to fulfill orders received, only within the limits of available stock.
Deliveries in France + Europe
Our shipping times are as follows:
- For any order placed Monday to Friday before 12 pm, the order will be shipped the same day.
- For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 12 pm, the order will be shipped the next day.
- For any order placed from Friday after 12 pm to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.

*For French Overseas Departments and Territories and countries outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer.
It is therefore the Client's responsibility to inquire about their amount from Lyssa Select.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you wish to return a product? It's possible! For all returns, please send us a short email to contact@lyssaselect.com to let us know. Please specify: your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return, and a request for an exchange or refund. This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and more quickly.
The Client may makeand file a claim upon receipt if they notice any anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken or damaged products, etc.).
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped within and outside mainland France are at the Customer's expense.
Any delivery delay compared to the date or timeframe indicated to the consumer Customer when placing their order or, failing any indication of a date or timeframe when ordering, exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract may result in the cancellation of the sale at the Customer's initiative, after informing Lyssa Select. The Customer will then be reimbursed, no later than fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was concluded, for the total amount paid. This clause is not intended to apply if the delivery delay is due to a case of force majeure.
