The Order

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by LYSSA SELECT. Lyssa Select reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Lyssa Select or if Lyssa Select believes that the Customer is at risk of payment default. The delivery costs relating to his order are indicated to the Customer before any payment for his order and only concern deliveries made in Metropolitan France and Europe. For any other place of delivery, it will be up to the Customer to contact customer service. Lyssa Select undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limit of available stocks.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For all orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 p.m., the order will be dispatched the same day.
  • For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 2 p.m., the order will be dispatched the next day.
  • For any order placed from Friday after 2 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the following working day.

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount with Lyssa Select.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you want to return a product to us? It's possible ! For any return, please send us a short email to contact@lyssaselect.com to let us know. Please specify: your order number,the returned product(s), the reason(s) s) of the return as well as a request for exchange or refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and of greater speed in its management.

The Customer can make a complaint at the time of receipt if he notices an anomaly (damage, missing Product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken or damaged Products, etc.)

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Any Customer may request the exchange of his item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

Any delay in delivery in relation to the date or deadline indicated to the Consumer Customer when ordering or, if no date or deadline is indicated when ordering, greater than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract may lead to the resolution of the sale at the initiative of the Customer, after having informed Lyssa Select, The Customer will then be reimbursed, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was concluded, of the totality of the sums paid. This clause is not intended to apply if the delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure.
