- Organization of the Game
The Lyssa Select Company, Individual Company, registered in the Saint-Etienne Trade and Companies Register, under number 898 671 433, having its head office at 5 boulevard Pierre Desgranges 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company”), is organizing from 10/17/2022 8:00 a.m. to 10/31/2022 11:59 p.m. inclusive, French time, a game with an obligation to purchase entitled “BLACKPINK x Lyssa Select CONTEST” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game” ).
This Game will take place exclusively on the Internet at the following address www.lyssaselect.com
- Conditions of participation
This Game is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica), excluding members of the staff of the Organizing Company and those of the company managing the Game as well as members of their family.

- Prizes at stake
At stake are two numbered places for the concert of the group BlackPink at the Accor Arena (Paris) in category 1 (armchair, door U, row 18, place 23 and place 24) for Monday 12 December 2022 at 8 p.m., with an indicative value of €349.45, as well as two BlackPink Born Pink boxes with an indicative unit value of €40. The prizes have an indicative value of €430 including tax (four hundred and thirty euros all taxes included).
In the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control, the Organizing Company reserves the right to replace the prize at stake with a prize of equivalent nature and/or value.
The winner(s) cannot claim to obtain the cash equivalent of the prize at stake or request its exchange for other goods or services.
If the entire amount won is not spent, no reimbursement of the difference or financial compensation can be claimed.
- Conditions for participating in the Game
To participate in the Game, the participant must:
- Buy the product(s) of your choice available on the site www.lyssaselect.com for a minimum of €29.99 on the amount of the order (excluding shipping costs)
- Integrate the code BLACKPINK when finalizing your purchase, on the payment page. The participant immediately benefits from a €5 reduction on their entire order.
- Then validate your payment/purchase.
- Participation will be taken into account when the person validates their order with the code BLACKPINK entered during payment.
Any registration that is incomplete, fraudulent and/or does not comply with these regulations, and/or contains inaccurate information cannot be taken into account and will result in the participation being void. Any participant thus disqualified will not be able to claim any prize. The Organizing Company then reserves the right to put back into play the prize which would have been unduly allocated to it.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks concerning the identity and domicile of the winners. Any false declaration automatically results in the winner being eliminated.
- Determination of winners
A draw will take place on 01/11/2022 to determine the three (3) winners.
The winners will be informed of their winnings and the conditions for obtaining their winnings by e-mail sent to the e-mail address that they will have previously indicated during their purchase on the Lyssa Select site, as well as publicly on the pages Facebook and Instagram within approximately 0 to 2 days after the draw date.
- Conditions for obtaining the grant
Winners whose entries are compliant will receive:
- Proof of purchase of tickets for the concert will be sent by email to the winner within 3 working days after the results of the draw.
- E-tickets will be sent by email from December 2, 2022 (date on which the tickets are generated in order to avoid fraud) and by hand, on the day of the concert, December 12, 2022. The physical presence of the Organizing Company on the day of the concert will ensure the smooth running of ticket delivery and the entry of winners.
- The second and third part of the prize, i.e. the two Born Pink albums, will be sent by Colissimo with delivery against signature to the second and third winner, within 3 working days after the results of the draw.
The management company ensures the proper delivery of endowments. If the winner has reservations about their prize, it is their responsibility to contact the management company within three days of receipt of their prize at the following address:

The management company will make its best efforts to contact the winners. However, if one of the winners remains unreachable, the latter will be considered as having given up their prize.
Any winner who has not claimed their prize by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (Postmark as proof) within the allotted time will be deemed to have waived it.
The prizes which, for whatever reason, could not be awarded, will remain the exclusive property of the Organizing Company which may dispose of them freely.
- Acceptance of the regulations and access to the regulations
8.1 Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in this Game entails full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.
Any fraud, attempted fraud or non-compliance with these regulations will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of the author, the Organizing Company reserving, if necessary, the right to take legal action against them.
The use of robots or any other similar processes is prohibited, violation of this rule leading to the elimination of its author, for the entire duration of the Game.
8.2 Access to the regulations

Until Thursday January 31, 2023, 11:59 p.m. French time, i.e. 3 months after the end of the game.
- Cancellation / Modification of the Game
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten or modify this operation partially or entirely in the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
If at the end of the Game, all the prizes have not been awarded, the Organizing Company reserves the right to extend the Game.
Any modification to the regulations will be subject to an amendment and information to participants.
- Dispute and complaint
In the event of a dispute or complaint relating to the interpretation of these regulations, for whatever reason, the requests must be sent within a maximum of three months after the conclusion of the Game to the organizing company directly to the following address:

- Limit of liability
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if due to force majeure or an event beyond its control this Game has to be canceled, extended, shortened, modified or postponed. Any change will be subject to prior information by any appropriate means. Additives and rule changes may then possibly be published during the Game. They will be considered as amendments to these regulations.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the “Internet” network preventing the smooth running of the Game, particularly due to external malicious acts. The connection of any person to the site and participation in the Game is done under their entire responsibility. It is therefore up to all participants to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any damage due to external malicious acts, and in particular viruses.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible in the event that one or more participants are unable to connect to the Game site due to any technical defect, any problem linked in particular to network congestion or access to the internet network at the participant's place of participation.
The terms of the Game, as well as the prizes offered to the winners, cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind.
The Organizing Company may cancel or suspend all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular electronically in the context of participation in the Game, and in particular in case of communication of erroneous information. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of this fraud before the competent courts. In any event, under no circumstances will more prizes than the number indicated in these regulations be awarded.
Messages sent to winners specifying their prize are communicated subject to verification of the absence of fraud and compliance with the conditions of these regulations.
In all cases, if the smooth administrative and/or technical progress of the Game is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to the right to interrupt the Game.
The Organizing Company declines all responsibility for all incidents and/or accidents which may occur during the period of use of the prize awarded and/or due to its use, the liability of the Organizing Company being limited to the delivery of the prizes concerned to the winners, to the exclusion of any other liability.
The Organizing Company is not responsible for the information contained on partner sites. The content and images present on these partner sites are solely the responsibility of the partner or its publisher, in accordance with current regulations.
- Liability linked to the use of the Internet network
It is expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The Organizing Company cannot therefore be held responsible for contamination by possible viruses or the intrusion of a third party into the terminal system of participants in the Game.
The Organizing Company will make every effort to allow access to the Game site.
However, it cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network beyond its control.
- Protection of personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for the organization of the Game and in particular for taking into account participation and awarding prizes to the winners. They are intended exclusively for the Organizing Company as part of the Game and will not be used for other purposes.
They will be kept for the duration necessary for the management of the Game, i.e. 12 months after the end of the Game. To find out more, participants can consult the “Lyssa Select Privacy Policy ”. - Applicable law
“These regulations are governed and interpreted according to French law.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation, application and/or cases not provided for by these regulations will be decided by the Organizing Company.
In the absence of an amicable settlement of the dispute, it will be the subject of an attempted solution provided for by law by resorting to alternative dispute resolution methods, failing which, it may be submitted to the courts . »
